The palace was built in 1927 by Giovan Battista Gargantini to a design by the architects Bongi & Bordonzotti and completely renovated in 2003.

From Milan take the Motorway A9 or A8, towards Como/Chiasso.
Once in Switzerland, take the A2/E35 for 24Km.
Leave the motorway at Lugano Sud and carry on straight along Via G. Cattori until you reach the lake, then turn left on Riva Antonio Caccia following the lake, on your right.
At the roundabout, take the first exit and continue driving on Riva Vincenzo Vela/Riva Giocondo Albertolli for about 1Km until you reach the Casino and the beginning of Viale Cattaneo, where you can easily park into the multistory communal parking of piazza Castello (on your right)
